  1. The site of the concentration camp at Hinzert, near Trier, notorious to all Luxembourgers.* Luxembourgers were held here permanently and also as a temporary stop as they were transferred to other, and better known camps. There is now a visitors’ centre.

  2. A Westwall fort. One of the few that is open to the public. (groups only, with prior booking, except for outside viewing).
